The VIBA 3D modular welding table is a precision fixture table for fabricators, toolrooms and production lines. Laser-cut Ø16mm holes on a 50×50mm grid run across the top and around the 100mm-high side frame on all four sides. You can clamp, stop and square a job from the top and from every side, without building a new jig for each part. The top is held to ±0.3mm flatness, plate thickness ranges from 6mm to 16mm, and load capacity goes up to 15 tons. Every table is designed and built by Viba Industries in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, and works with any System 16 (D16) accessory.

Why fabricators choose VIBA welding tables
True 3D modular, as standard. Side boring on all four sides comes with every VIBA table at no extra cost. Many suppliers sell side boring as a paid add-on.
More strength from less plate. The top plate, side frame and reinforcement are interlocked and welded into one structural unit. That gives the rigidity of a much thicker plate, while keeping weight and cost under control.
Stays flat under heavy work. The welded top module holds its alignment, and the frame underneath spreads the load evenly. Flatness stays within ±0.3mm.
Two-module construction, easy to transport. Each table has a Table Top Module and a Leg Frame Module. The top is packed separately for safe transport and joined to the frame on site.
Works with D16 accessories you already own. VIBA tables follow the international System 16 standard. D16 clamps from other makers fit our tables, and VIBA clamps fit theirs.
Fixed or movable. Fixed tables stand on levelling pads, so they sit level even on an uneven floor, and carry the full rated load. Movable “M” models run on heavy-duty swivel castors with brakes, so you can move the table around the workshop.
Optional countersunk holes. Every hole is deburred as standard. As an option, we machine a precision chamfer on each hole edge, which gives smoother bolt insertion, longer clamping-bolt life and easier spatter cleanup.
